On May 18th join Rhonda Benin & Friends at Woodstock Park, and explore the question: What is Freedom? Discover how the music created by enslaved African Americans expressed their desire and plans for freedom, and how that music helped them survive. ABOUT THE EVENT Celebrate locally with us at Howarth Park! Take a self-directed Scavenger Hunt through the park to reveal the location of the secret prize and enjoy treats and activities along the way! HOW TO PARTICIPATE 1) Pick up Scavenger Hunt instructions near the Howarth Park Snack Bar on Saturday, May 18th between 11am & 2pm. 2) Complete the Scavenger Hunt to reveal the location of the secret prize and enjoy treats and activities along the way! All ages are welcome to participate, but the Scavenger Hunt was created with the intention of being age-appropriate for kids ages 6-12.
